Hello again everyone!
I am finally back in Japan, and getting used to being back at work!
On our last night in Singapore we went out for Chinese lamb and Chinese beer. The beer was so crisp and the lamb was so deliciously seasoned, I had never tasted anything like it!
The next morning I was up at 3AM to catch an early morning flight back to Tokyo and then to Akita. It was a very long trip, but quite an adventure.
I really want to thank all the folks at Inter Rice Asia for making me feel so welcome, and for being such excellent hosts during my trip! I hope to be seeing them all again someday soon!
